De Mare Raw Bar
De Mare Raw Bar is a nomadic raw bar, founded by oyster farmer, Joey De Mare. With fresh locally sourced seafood and unique pairings, the raw bar pops up and collaborates with different restaurants & storefronts as well as serving at weddings and other events.
Below is a menu created for a De Mare pop up at The Archer, located in downtown Charleston.
In early 2025, De Mare Raw Bar transitioned from being a nomadic raw bar pop-up to becoming a whole sale distributor of locally caught oysters. These oysters were quickly picked up and can be found at multiple established Charleston restaurants.
